Upcoming Events

February 2016

Ash Wednesday

February 10, 2016 Masses at 7am, 12:10pm, and 7pm with distribution of ashes.
This is a day of fasting (for those aged 18-59) and abstinence from meat (for those over 14 years of age).
Fasting allows a person to eat one full meal. If necessary to maintain strength according to one’s needs two smaller meals may be taken, not to equal one full meal. Eating between meals is not permitted.

Lenten Confessions

Beginning Wednesday, Feb. 17th, every parish in the Archdiocese of Boston, and here at St. Clement Shrine, the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available on Wednesdays during Lent from 6:30pm-8pm. This is “The Light is On For You”: an annual initiative of the Archdiocese and a wonderful way to participate in the special graces of the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy.
